Terms of Service

- §1 Refunds and Replacements

• We do not offer refunds since we truly believe in the quality and value in our products.
• If we dont say there is warranty on a specific product it automatically means theres no warranty.
• We will only replace your product if the there was a big issue or mistake from our side.
• If you leave a negative review or vouch your warranty will be instantly removed and we will not replace in any way.
• Too much, or accidentally sent money will not be refunded and will be taken as a service tip.

- §2 Vouching

• If you receive free products from our side, you have to leave a positive vouch before receiving the product, since the product is absolutely free and it is only fair to leave a vouch.
• If you receive product, always try posting a picture with it to give the people a preview, that the item fully works.
• Please always try to vouch in this format:

- §3 Payments

• We will deliver out the products, after the money has arrived.
• We accept middlemans, but only known ones or with 300+ vouches
• We need all money sent from balances, if they‘re not, we will not refund and not deliver out the product.
• All PayPal payments need to be sent per F&F and without notes, if any of these requirements didn‘t get followed, we will not refund or replace.
• At any payment you send must cover the processing / transaction fees.
• If we detect fraudulent activities, purchases, gone through without original account owners permission we will instantly report you, and action will be taken.

- §4 General Rules

• Please have common knowledge, while talking to us and try using research yourself before asking us if its not something personal / product related.
• No advertising, spamming, hard cursing etc. in chat, or the action will face a ban or timeout.
• Do not ping staff more than 3 times, we will take care of your problem or purchase as soon as possible, and we‘d like to remind you that we have a social outside life too.
• Do not ask anyone for free stuff, if we caught anyone asking for free stuff the person will be instantly reported and banned from our services.
• We can change oue Terms of Service anytime we want, to our likings.
• By purchasing you automatically fully agree with all these terms and acknowledge them.
• If you do not agree with these TOS you will not be accepted in our community.
